You have 20 seconds to complete a lift, 10 seconds rotation. You must make an attempt at each bar. If you miss, you can either attempt again or do deadlifts to add .01 to your score.

You have 10 minutes to complete 10 rounds of Cindy. Cindy is 5 pullups [ring rows], 10 HR pushups, 15 squats. With remaining time, complete as many deadlifts as possible. Every rep completed is worth 1 point. Your score is total number of points.

Handstand push up standards are 25# plates with 1 abmat for men and 2 abmats for women. Your score will be total time + 1 second for every rep not completed within the 12 min time cap. If there a movement you cannot do at prescribed, you have the option to scale but cannot place higher than any person who completed the WOD as RX’d.

I think we need a higher weight than 295 at the top end of that ladder…
20 secs to complete, 10 second transition…i think 295 is pretty good….plus the deadlifts afterwards with remaining time will be hard
Oh…question: What time will the gym open that morning for competitors to come and warm up, etc?
